Privacy notice
Your contact details
If you complete our welcome form, we save your name, email and the page where you entered. We use these details to respond to your interest in BEECROFT’s services. You can choose “Browse as a guest” instead.
Approximate location
Our hosting provider may supply an approximate city, state or region, and country based on your internet connection. This can be inaccurate and is not your precise or confirmed project location. We do not request GPS access or save your raw IP address in the enquiry list. A daily hashed connection identifier is used to limit registration spam.
Estimates and product enquiries
When a registered visitor uses a calculator or product enquiry button, we can attach that estimate or product choice to their enquiry record. Guest enquiries continue to work through WhatsApp or email. Your message is shared with WhatsApp or your email service when you choose the relevant button; those services have their own privacy policies.
Browser storage
A browser preference remembers whether you registered or chose to browse as a guest. A first-party secure cookie links a registered browser with its enquiry record for up to one year. Clearing browser storage or using another device may show the welcome form again. These features are for the welcome and enquiry experience, not advertising tracking.
Access and follow-up
The enquiry list is restricted to the BEECROFT site owner. Completing this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We use hosted website and database services to store and process enquiries.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, completed estimates, registrations and enquiry clicks. Our custom events do not include your name, email, appliance list or estimate text. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and may last up to six months. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.
Your choices
To correct your contact details or approximate location, ask for a copy of your enquiry information, or request deletion, contact bee.energyltd_ng@outlook.com. Please include the email address used in your enquiry so we can locate and verify the record. We keep records while needed to handle the enquiry and related business records.
